I was delighted with my car buying experience with Bill Lang from start to finish. Bill was very knowledgeable, forthright, trustworthy and respectful. It was worth the 2 hrs of additional travel time from Lang from start to finish. Bill was very knowledgeable, forthright, trustworthy and respectful. It was worth the 2 hrs of additional travel time from Morgantown to be treated the way I was by Bill. We did not haggle over the price or the specific details of the vehicle that I wanted. I told Mr Lang that I wanted to pay no more than the invoice price on the vehicle. Smail did not initially have all of the features on the model in Greensburg. Bill made sure that the exact vehicle was at Smail at the exact price with all of the features that he qoted to me over the phone. There were no surprises or hidden costs-no bait and switch! I was also delighted that Bill spoke to the finance person in advance about not making me feel trapped waiting to pay additional hostage money to get my car out of the dealership! My wife and I were in and out of the dealership in no time at all in what seemed like a casual social encounter with friends. All in all, Bill Lang provided the best car buying experience that I have ever had in Maryland, Connecticut, Pennsylvania or West Virginia. More

I am a 45 year old male and I have been buying and driving since I have been 16. This is the first dealership in all my years that I have returned to for a second purchase. I am a tough sell and in all my years, Smail and specifically Bill and Scott have been the first to take my time and wants seriously and made my car buying experience the best I have ever had. Until that fails, (which I highly doubt will happen) I will continue to do business with them. More

When I made the decision to purchase a Cadillac, I contacted my former salesperson, who basically "put me off" when it came to finding the SRX with the equipment that I desired. As I was not to be deterred, I contacted Mr. Bill Campana at Smail - a dealership that is not a stranger to me as when I was employed by GMAC for many years,I called on the Smail Group as a Sales Representative. I was always treated with the utmost respect. Now, as for Mr. Bill Campana, the word "respect" should be his middle name. Bill took all the time in the world to find the SRX to meet all of my needs and wants, and then some. What was most impressive about Bill is the time he spent with me doing the feature presentation. I was very satisfied working with Bill and I would be more than happy to work with him in the future. When I bought my truck from Bill I was looking at other dealerships at the same time. I wanted a ve more than happy to work with him in the future. When I bought my truck from Bill I was looking at other dealerships at the same time. I wanted a vehicle that no one had on there lot and asked them if they could find what I was looking for. Not only did he find me a vehicle but he had it on his lot within a couple of days. Some of the other dealerships (Kenny Ross) never even called me back untill I had already bought the truck I was looking for from Bill. I liked that I could deal with him and not once did I feel any pressure. I usually end up buying a new vehcle every couple of years, you can be sure that when I am in the market again my first trip will be to Bud Smail and I will be looking for Bill Lang (although I do like my truck and might keep this one a lot longer:) Sean Sarge More
