I was delighted with my car buying experience with Bill Lang from start to finish. Bill was very knowledgeable, forthright, trustworthy and respectful. Bill made sure that the exact vehicle was at Smail at the exact price with all of the features that he qoted to me over the phone. There were no surprises or hidden costs-no bait and switch! I was also delighted that Bill spoke to the finance person in advance about not making me feel trapped waiting to pay additional hostage money to get my car out of the dealership!
