Micheal was so nice and genuine. He kept me aware of what was happening to my vehicle every step of the way. This was all topped off with a free wash and interior cleaning!!! More

Excellent service experience This was my first time to take my car to Smail Buick , I was having state inspection and to start after going into the service shop I was met by the s This was my first time to take my car to Smail Buick , I was having state inspection and to start after going into the service shop I was met by the service advisor who was courteous and professional , my car was taken back to a service bay at the time of my appointment which I thought was very good , the service advisor {I wish I could remember his name } came over to me a few times to update me on the progression of the work being done , and the person who serviced the car did a good job of doing the work in a timely fashion and when the work was done a attendant washed my car , overall I was pleased with everything and my service experience was excellent and I would recommend the service department at Smail Buick to others in need of service . I brought my car in first thing in the morning (7:45a) because I had a few engine light codes. I was hoping for a ride to work, however that was unavailable for the distance I had to travel. This wasn't a huge issue because the lounge had wifi, and I could work from there for the hour and a half it took to service my car. They had offered to do a wash/vacuum of my car, but I can't tell if they actually did - I was also in a hurry to get to work so I didn't push it. Overall pleased because the process was very easy on my end. More

Attention to detail could be better We bought the auto butler package when we purchased our car in 2016. We travel 45 minutes each way and wait for three hours for this service primarily because we paid for it in advance. When you buy something like this you expect meticulous attention to detail. The cleaning and detailing on our car was average. The back was not vacuumed out even though I told the receptionist how to release a scooter lift, under the rear hatch was not cleaned, there was still apple juice rings in the back seat from our granddaughter and there were still leaves in the hood compartment by the windshield wipers. Some will consider this minor but this is not what you pay for in a detailing job. I believe we have one "detailing" job left but I doubt I will drive that far to have a mediocre job done. More
