The salesman that I was working with was horrible. Once he had the deal you meant nothing to him. I've called to ask a few questions and his answer was he is with another customer and he will call me Once he had the deal you meant nothing to him. Worse service ever! My family and I have purchased cars at Smail since 1984 and this is the worse service we have ever received. Our appointment was at 9:00 am and the car was not taken in until early afternoon. The car was not finished until 2:30 pm and the recall WAS NOT even needed. The car was washed and a film was all over the windshield. We had to take the car to a car wash to get the film off. More

Staff were more than courteous. We brought our 2012 Terrain in for recall work. The first recall went well but it would be a few weeks until the parts for the Catalytic converters w We brought our 2012 Terrain in for recall work. The first recall went well but it would be a few weeks until the parts for the Catalytic converters were in. I had my vehicle inspected at a local garage with no issues. We brought the Terrain back in for the 2nd recall. After the work was completed I was told the exhaust manifold was cracked and would be $1100 to repair after no issues before the current work. No notice at the inspection and no noise or issues before this fix. I find it hard to believe it was an old problem. More
