The salesman that I was working with was horrible. Once he had the deal you meant nothing to him. I've called to ask a few questions and his answer was he is with another customer and he will call me Once he had the deal you meant nothing to him. Worse service ever! My family and I have purchased cars at Smail since 1984 and this is the worse service we have ever received. The car was washed and a film was all over the windshield. We had to take the car to a car wash to get the film off. More
