Arriving at the Smail Service Department I was greeted by my advisor! We discussed what I wanted done! I had alot of questions about the service and answered all of them! And completely satisfied.. But the advisor, staff was very knowledgeable and helpful to accomplish my issues.. The waiting room is a little small, another customer asked for a bottle of water and they told him that Ford Service Center had bottled water! Come on Smail …open up a little bit! More

Devon did a great job completing all the work on my 2017 GMC Acadia. The rear brakes were replaced, oil/filter changed, tires rotated, and complete state inspection.
