I had a fantastic experience with Smail, especially with Camden (service writer). He was extremely polite and kept me well informed. Arriving at the Smail Service Department I was greeted by my advisor! We discussed what I wanted done! I had alot of questions about the service and answered all of them! And completely satisfied.. Devon did a great job completing all the work on my 2017 GMC Acadia. The rear brakes were replaced, oil/filter changed, tires rotated, and complete state inspection.
