I had a fantastic experience with Smail, especially with Camden (service writer). He was extremely polite and kept me well informed. Arriving at the Smail Service Department I was greeted by my advisor! We discussed what I wanted done! I had alot of questions about the service and answered all of them! And completely satisfied.. The waiting room is a little small, another customer asked for a bottle of water and they told him that Ford Service Center had bottled water! Come on Smail …open up a little bit! More
