I had purchased a vehicle at Smail in 2006, with Joe Suto assisting me through the sales process. I had not seen him in person since, even though we had spoken several times on the phone. I have purchased approximately 10 vehicles over the past 20 years, and I can honestly say that I have never encountered another sales rep who was as courteous, knowledgable, honest and fair as Joe Suto. We were in the market for an MDX Advance and we had dealt with Smail Acura with Clint Robbins as the salesperson before. There is an Acura dealership less than 1/2 mi. from our residence but we drove 53 mile with Smail Acura with Clint Robbins as the salesperson before.
