I had been looking for a 2019-2020 Acura RDX for several months. Found one at Smail. E-mailed the dealership on Friday my interest. I submitted a credit application; it was approved that Monday and Tuesday I picked up the car. The entire experience was amazing-they were ready for me. The car is immaculate-it was detailed and they even had a second key fob made! They shared with me that they did about $1100 of maintenance work on the car when it was traded in. My salesperson, Nate was great. He spent a lot of time with me showing me different features of the car and made sure to answer all of my questions. He was very responsive throughout the process. I highly recommend Smail Acura to anyone looking to buy an Acura (or any used car)! More

Came in for a slow leak on drivers rear tire. Although the tire was not patchable, they notified me that front and rear tires would need to be replaced before winter for safe driving.
