All I can say is........FAMILY. That's Sloane Toyota Philly! My wife and her family were longtime customers with Sloane Toyota Philly, previously Champion Toyota, when I met her over a decade ago, I was not. However, it did not take long for me to realize why that relationship existed and I bought my next vehicle from them and the next and so on. In this world today it's nearly impossible to find a business you can trust to be consistently fair to you and all those you refer. Well, no matter what your vehicle needs may be, Sloane Toyota Philly answers the call to make the impossible easily possible. I cannot speak highly enough about two leadership individuals of that dealership, Steve Barsky-Sales and Ray Hildenbrand- Service. They both consistently exceed your expectations along with exhibiting genuine hospitality towards you in every engagement. Sure their Sales & Service pricing is great, and almost unbeatable, but it's that genuine hospitality and established trust that puts them way ahead of the pack! Ed Kogan is another asset to that dealership where he has sold me several vehicles in a fair, hassle free and expeditious manner every time! For me, completing this review is the very least I can do to say thank you! Thank you Ray, Steve and Ed!!!! More

Very professional. Ray described the work that was needed and the pricing was consistent with his explanation. Specifically, the lube, oil and filter was priced competitively and they check my air fi needed and the pricing was consistent with his explanation. I've used this service center for my new car bought in 2004. What I can say is that in the beginning they charge you very low prices for services but if you keep coming regularly they will increase the pr 2004. They are only good for the first 1 or 2 years of service for your new car. Beyond that they get very expensive. Also they charge you for things they don't do. Things like alignment and tire rotation. Make sure you mark your tires to verify. Alignment is something you will have to check on a flat road. They push things not included in the manufactures's service guide. The new facility has no view of the garages where you car gets repaired. You have no idea what they did or didn't do. Yes they are friendly but they are expensive in the long run. They do the work good. Never had problems there. Just some work was never done and I was charged for it. Also waits can be quite long. Recently waited 3 hours in there. Find yourself a good indepedent mechanic and watch your car being repaired if possible. More
