Great experience. The service was prompt and there was no hassle. My salesman, Ed Kogan was beyond helpful throughout the whole transaction. He helped explain the differences between the Sienna and Highlande hassle. My salesman, Ed Kogan was beyond helpful throughout the whole transaction. He helped explain the differences between the Sienna and Highlander, as I was nervous going from a van to an SUV after 17 years. I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of and all of my options were laid out for me. Al Cramer was especially helpful in helping with the financing and explaining the different plans available. The whole team was beyond helpful. Jason was also very kind in helping me while I was there. More
