He was able to answer all of my many questions and really valued my time. The form filling was done quickly, as was the finance application. After that, I went to sign the financing forms with Al Cramer. He was also very pleasant and very knowledgeable and took me through all the forms I needed to sign and explained them all very clearly, so I knew what I was signing. I was presented with all the warranty options and chose the option that was best for me with no sales pressure at all. Walked out with the car within an hour and a half or so.
