My husband and i needed a new car, i was talking to my friend at school and she told me to go to Champion Toyota on Cottman Avenue...we didnt really know much about leasing but it was our best option to k friend at school and she told me to go to Champion Toyota on Cottman Avenue...we didnt really know much about leasing but it was our best option to keep payments affordable. My friend made a call and we were told to ask for Jeff Lish when we got there, we no sooner walked in the door and he was there to greet us...wow..he then hooked us up with our sales guy "Loc" who helped us out and within 3 hrs from start to finish we drove away in our new Camry...thank you so much Mr Clark, Jeff Lish and Loc Than. Wonderful!!! We don't normally write reviews but Champion's honesty and customer service were so outstanding that we wanted to share our experience. We've been looking for a Prius IV for a while. Champion's honesty and customer service were so outstanding that we wanted to share our experience. We've been looking for a Prius IV for a while. Unfortunately, because of the earthquake they are far and few between. We went to several dealers before Champion but they were more interested in price gouging than satisfying the customer. Then we went to Champion and were pleasantly surprised. They were extremely helpful and more importantly - honest! We knew we would have to wait for the car, especially since we only wanted one color. They gave us a realistic estimate as to how long it would be and we were happy to leave a minimal deposit. When we picked up our beautiful new car, everyone was professional and friendly. We don't live near there but we are so happy we bought it at Champion. We highly recommend them. More

We returned to Champion and to Lou, our salesperson from 5 years ago, to see what kind of a deal we could make on a trade-in. Lou knew that we liked our Prius and that we had to have another red one. He acc 5 years ago, to see what kind of a deal we could make on a trade-in. Lou knew that we liked our Prius and that we had to have another red one. He accomodated us immediately with 3 different options, based on what we said we wanted. We were pleasantly surprised that we were able to make a good deal (getting a good price on our trade-in and a rebate)and within 3 hours drive home our new car. We forgot to bring in our registration, but Lou worked around that. Kevin, the money guy, was also pleasant and humorous, even at the end of a very busy day. All in all, Champion has a customer-centered staff, is even friendly to women (says my wife), and we would not hesitate to recommend Champion to our friends. More

I am not one who enjoys going to the car dealership…. In fact I despise all car salesmen. However, I was put in a situation with an ex boyfriend who had a car under my name and was not holding up his end of fact I despise all car salesmen. I had met Mike in 2009 when my ex-boyfriend and I purchase a 2006 Camry; one year later I was back. I explain to Mike the situation and without any hesitation Mike took on the crisis like if he knew me all my life. I can say although I am not an expert on dealership lingo, I had a clear understanding of what I was signing.
