When purchasing a vehicle I already know what I want..I base if I move forward Keith the sale off of the customer service I receive. I arrived at the dealership with my four year old son. Malik was extremely nice and inviting to the both of us. Not all dealerships handle children well...it was reassuring to know that I was dealing with another family man that understood what it was like to make important decisions with a child in tote. Aside from malik’s Positive attitude toward me and my son he was also very knowledgeable about the truck I was purchasing. On the test drive I didn’t feel like I was being forced into a decision..I felt like I was taking a ride with a friend that has a lot of knowledge about Toyota tundra’s. Then when we moved to the money talk..I never once felt pressured..it was actually the opposite..I felt like I was given the proper amount of time and space to make the decision I needed to make.
