You can be sure that you will never been dissatisfied or dissapointed in any way with Aaron being your salesman. He's honest, trustworthy, dedicated to his work, goes above and beyond the highest expectations to get you the best deal for the car you are searching for or desire to purchase. He will work with you in any situation you may be facing financially. Aaron will give you the straight facts, no sugar coating or pressure applied to make a sale. He's an all around friendly, sincere guy. He's a great aspect to Sloane and I will continue to purchase my future cars from Aaron and this dealership. I was in the market for a new minivan, and had narrowed my search down to an Odyssey or a Sienna. I placed a request for quotes on comparably equipped vehicles on Cars.com, 3 Toyota dealers, and 3 Honda d my search down to an Odyssey or a Sienna. I placed a request for quotes on comparably equipped vehicles on Cars.com, 3 Toyota dealers, and 3 Honda dealers. I was contacted by all of the dealerships, but Honda priced themselves out of the market, and the Honda folks did not seem easy to engage over email. I started chatting with Bill Shirley at Sloan Toyota, and right away I felt that I was dealing with someone that I could work well with. He knew the product configurations in and out, his prices were very fair, and his business practices were ethical. I felt that I was dealing with someone of high integrity which is rare in my experience in the car business, and I have purchased over fifteen new cars. I I also got a very fair price for my trade in with no haggling, and a fair price on multiple Siennas with different trim levels. I investigated different finance options between leases and loans, and found the entire process very painless. I then went into the finance room to close the deal with Tom (finance manager, also excellent), no surprises, no hard sells for undercarriage coating and other nonsense, but did purchase a couple of sensible add ons since I trusted the folks that I was dealing with. In particular the "Run-Flat" coverage on the Sienna AWD tires was a no brainer. I then grabbed my keys and I was off, all in all the best experience that I've ever had at a car dealership. I would recommend Bill Shirley and the rest of the great folks at Sloan to friends and family without hesitation. They are truly the best in the business. I had not heard of Sloan Toyota two days ago, but I will be telling a lot of people about them from here on out! More

During my search for a new car I met a lot of salesman, but I came back to this dealership because of the experience I had with Aaron Serious. He was very good at answering my questions and helping me decide what was best for me. I never felt pressured by him and he didn't feed me any lines or lies like other salesman did. Being a young woman who doesn't know a lot about cars, lots of other salesman tried to take advantage of me or didn't take me seriously. I didn't plan on buying my car in this location, but I came back because of Aaron. After the deal was made, he went above and beyond to help me with other things as well. I will come to this dealership for any service needs I may have because of the trust I gained in the dealership because of him and have already recommended friends to come here and work with Aaron if they decide to buy a Toyota. I flew in from Grand Rapids MI. to Philadelphia starting at 8:00 A.M. Steve Egrie picked my up right on time at 11:25 at the airport. By 12:45 I was out the dealer door in Philadelphia with my new Prius h at 8:00 A.M. Steve Egrie picked my up right on time at 11:25 at the airport. By 12:45 I was out the dealer door in Philadelphia with my new Prius headed home. 4 hours and 45 min. from start to end and almost 900 mi. away. Steve Egrie had everything ready and the sale went flawlessly. Excellent service all around. By contrast, the next week I went with my son to buy a used car at a Honda dealer. From start to finish it took 5.5 hours. This was a local sale. Sloane of Devon gets my highest marks. My wife is looking to buy a new car in a year and a half or so. She really likes my Prius. Even though Sloane of Devon is almost 900 mi. away, they may well get first crack a sale due to their excellent service. More

We just bought our second car in two months. A Camry and a Corrola with the same salesman Eddie Jones so obviously we are happy with service and sales approach. They also handled my trade-in and offered me the best price without any hassle. I dealt with other dealership who were either dishonest or difficult or high pressure. I will only return to Mike and Steve at Sloane Toyota to purchase a Toyota. I am a very experienced car buyer since I lease a new car every three years. I am very informed and I always do my research. Some dealerships still try to play bait and switch with me which is dishonest and infuriating. Mike and Steve gave me all the documentation I asked for (invoices, lease worksheets) with a smile. They know that treating a customer right is the best way to do business. As a former corporate trainer who instructed others on proper customer service techniques, I am very hard to impress. But Mike and Steve not only impressed me, they actually exceeded my expectations. Thank you Mike and Steve for making me believe that customer service does still exist. More
