I was mislead on pricing of the service. Small complain about noise coming from under a car on a new car turned into service which wasn't covered under warranty. They tried to up sell a service which I did about noise coming from under a car on a new car turned into service which wasn't covered under warranty. They tried to up sell a service which I didn't needed. Service person (Mike) was unfriendly. I would recommend avoid visit to this dealership. More

We have known Mohamed Sid’ahmed, our Sales Representative and Ed Toto, our Finance Manager for a number of years now. It’s reassuring to us that these same members of the Sloane Toyota team have been the and Ed Toto, our Finance Manager for a number of years now. It’s reassuring to us that these same members of the Sloane Toyota team have been there for us – and hopefully will still be around for our next Toyota in the coming years. They know us and we know them; we don’t have to explain everything all over again. We were treated like family and at an auto dealership there is no price for that. Because of that we trust them to always do the right thing for us. We felt that whenever we needed to lease a new Toyota, (4 over the last 5 years), we would be completely comfortable returning to Mohamed and Ed at Sloane knowing we are recognized as family and treated well. They worked with us to structure a lease that was right for us. My only problem? Which Toyota do I get from them next! More

Went in for routine maintenance, but I forgot to ask the service department to look into an issue that I noticed. They called unprompted about the issue, which would have been easily missed and recommended service department to look into an issue that I noticed. They called unprompted about the issue, which would have been easily missed and recommended a great recourse for fixing it. Tim was great and courteous and my car was repaired and ready earlier that expected. The issue is fixed and works great! Attention to detail, seems to be easily missed these days but not here. I have been driving a 1992 Toyota Camry for almost 7 years now, and as it reached 200,000 miles I figured it was time to search for used cars.
