Sold out from under me First of all, my sales man Tyler was nothing sort of professional, and did everything he could do to get me the car I was interested in. I look at a First of all, my sales man Tyler was nothing sort of professional, and did everything he could do to get me the car I was interested in. I look at a 07 civic Si on Saturday. I was told car was in body shop getting some paint work done, no problem I told Tyler to call Monday morning and let me know the status of the car. He called said car was still in body shop and it would be Tuesday, no problem. He called Tuesday and said car would be there and several people were looking at it. He suggested that I leave a deposit and that would hold the car for two days as I live in DE and its far. Got a call from the used car manager Steve later that day, he said he need to refund my deposit they sold the car. I have been trying to buy this car for 3 days was absolutely going to buy it baring any mechanical issues. Sloane has a serious internal communication problem. To make it worse the Sales manager Steve stared to argue with me on the phone. I would not buy water from this Dealer if I was in the desert. Again, Tyler my Salesman was awesome and in no way do I blame him. I am sure Steve will deny this, he seems to less than honest. More
