Every single time I've worked with Mo Sid, he is friendly, he is competent and he always wants to reach a deal that works for you and Sloane. The last time I was there I was ready to walk away without the Highlander, I came in with an idea of what I wanted and everything that was offered was not close to what I was expecting. As I was ready to leave Mo said, listen tell me what you want, it can even be something crazy, something that you don't think we will ever agree to and I promise you that I will at least try to get you that deal. I said something that not only I felt it was crazy but that I was completely sure it would be turned down. Mo stood up, discussed it with the sales manager and came back with a smile and said you are going to be happy my friend. The deal was done. I am now driving a Highlander. Sloane have not only been great with my purchases but also in providing services for my cars. They call to remind you when service is upcoming, they always try to give you an appointment for your preferred day and time, and they always treat you nice.
