Aggressive sales tactics I went to this location to look at cars. I gave my keys to a sales representative to have it appraised. When we returned from the test drive I aske I went to this location to look at cars. I gave my keys to a sales representative to have it appraised. When we returned from the test drive I asked the salesperson for my keys and he wouldn't retrieve them but instead pressured me to buy a vehicle priced well over market value. When I stood up to leave he still wouldn't bring me my keys but instead got the manager who continued to pressure me to purchase the car. I didn't get my keys back until I got very upset. They are a very aggressive sales team that will push you to spend beyond your budget. I've never experienced this kind of harassment in any kind of purchase. I ended up going to Conicelli Toyota of Springfield. The staff at Conicelli of Springfield are very knowledgeable and assisted me in purchasing a quality vehicle within my budget.
