Amazingly Fast Service and Great Attitude I went there after searching the Internet for a specific make and model. I was purchasing pre-owned. They had one at a good price and great conditio I went there after searching the Internet for a specific make and model. I was purchasing pre-owned. They had one at a good price and great condition. Their Internet sales was very fast to respond to my request and set up a time to look at the dealership. When I first got there it turns out the vehicle was not there, it was at another dealer, Keo and a sales manager were both very apologetic and it was because they were making sure to get all the recall work completed prior to putting it on the lot, so I appreciated that. We talked a little about what I was looking for. I looked at a few others so I knew how they drove and so I called Keo the next day, explained where I wanted to be and confirmed it was there that day. He called as soon as it was and i went in to look at it. We worked out the deal and their finance worked to get me close to a rate I was already pre-approved for on a loan and I said to keep it easy if they can get me out of the dealership in the car that day, I would use their financing. We shook hands on the deal and that is when they all went to work. I am not even kidding that i say within 1 hour of shaking hands, I worked with finance, Keo worked to make sure the vehicle was getting through detail and I was ready to leave the dealership. That was such fast service and everyone was so great to deal with and smiling the whole time. It was a great experience. AWESOME I did not know my search for a Toyota Tundra would be so arduous. I started in late August 2015 looking for a 2015 model I could get a deal on. I li I did not know my search for a Toyota Tundra would be so arduous. I started in late August 2015 looking for a 2015 model I could get a deal on. I live in NJ near the PA border so initially went to dealers in Flemington, NJ & Doylestown, PA. I eventually expanded my search to include 1 NY dealer, another 4 NJ dealers and another PA dealer. No luck finding what I was looking for. Very few Tundra's out there and even fewer at the lower end of the price scale. Finally, at a Toyota dealer in Thorndale, PA, I found a Truck vey close to my needs and called them on a Monday morning. I was told the truck was in stock and they quoted me a price over the phone which I accepted. Tried to give them a deposit but was told this was not necessary. They did however direct me to their website to fill out a credit application which I did & they confirmed. They assured me the truck would be there when I arrived which concerned me due to a 1.5 hour drive to get there. Without going into more details, they shafted me - there was no truck. After an verbally loud ungraceful exit on my part, I started heading home and came upon Sloane Toyota in Malvern. I was not familiar with them. They had nothing on the lot but a super nice salesman, Aaron Serious, told me he could get me anything in a 2016 I wanted and give me a competitive price. After visiting Toyota's website I built myself the truck I wanted and emailed the specifics to Aaron the next day. I also sent the same specs to 4 additional dealers. MSRP w/shipping was $35,800. One NJ dealer quoted me $34,000 with an 8-12 week lead time. 3 other dealers told me they could not get exactly what I wanted but to come-on-in and they would fix me up with something close. Aaron at Sloane quoted $33,200 with a 2-3 week lead time on the truck I wanted. I went for it but still had lots of doubt this would happen. 2 weeks to the day I was called by Aaron telling me they secured the truck and it would be at their dealership the next day. At my insistence we went over the specs again and all but a step was on the truck. Aaron assured me the step would be install before I arrived at the dealership. He also told me if there was anything extra on the truck, I would not be charged for it. I showed up the next night still with a little doubt this would work out but the very truck I ordered was sitting in front of the building, including the step. It had exactly what I ordered including Exterior Color, Interior Color, engine, trim package & the options I wanted. There was even an extra couple hundred dollars worth of stuff I didn't order which, good to his word, I was not charged for. Ultimately, looking for a new vehicle was not an enjoyable experience until I came across Aaron at Sloane. They fulfilled their promises 100% where 9 other dealers could not. More
Purchasing used vehicle As being a 17 year old new driver, I was very eager to purchase my first car on my own. From Sloane Toyota of Malvern, I purchased a 2008 Nissan Altim As being a 17 year old new driver, I was very eager to purchase my first car on my own. From Sloane Toyota of Malvern, I purchased a 2008 Nissan Altima. The salesman was very nice and I had no problem working with him. I was told there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and it was in perfection condition, regarding the several scratches all over the body. A few days after having my car, the brakes starting acting up. Using the warranty, we called Sloane and they told me they would replace the brakes. I drove there by myself without my mother, who was the one that was told that my brakes would be replaced. Soon to find out, they only "refurnished" my brakes and did not replace them. My mother was not happy with this and demanded my brakes to be replaced. After several headaches, the issue was finally resolved. Also, for a few months now, there has a been an issue with my tire pressure sensor in one of my tires that occurred a few weeks after I got my car. I am finally getting that issue resolved tomorrow. My car is push start. When the car is off, my brakes sometimes lock up and won't let me press down to start my car. I personally believe this is an issue due to the maintenance department not doing a proper job on my brakes. If you are trying to sell a car, you should try to have that vehicle in as perfect condition as you can get it. My brakes could have been fixed, along with the sensor in one of my tires. I am very disappointed with this dealership and would have returned the car if it wasn't for my need of a vehicle. I advise anyone not to buy a used car from this dealership and I don't understand why these problems could not have been fixed before selling the car. Aside from all of the issues, it runs great. My favorite part about this car is the black leather interior, the Bose sound system, and the awesome gas mileage. More
