My first experience was outstanding, which is why I have returned multiple times. Mohammed is a pleasure to work with. Very quick and efficient. No need to worry about shopping around. Overall, the dealership has been great as well. Easy to make appointments and a very convenient shuttle. More

The service team there is top notch but sometimes its hard to get in in a reasonable amount of time. That's probably a testament to the level of service. Now that Aaron has left though its just like any other dealership. My lease is coming to expiration and I've called four times and left messages for the manager there with no return calls. It shouldn't be that hard to buy a car from someone you've given so much business to. If anyone knows where Aaron ended up pleas let me know, More

Lat Went to Sloan in May, found a car through Cars.com that I had liked. Got to test drive it for less than 15 minutes with the route that Ramiz used. Later in day, so no sun glare so to speak. Ask about warranty. 3 month, 3000 mile limited power train from them, it's under 100k, so kia should have the 10/100k. I ask even for second owner? Answers affirmative. Nothing told to me about extended options. Found problems with brakes, even sales guy noticed and said: Oh, shouldn't be a problem, just rust from it sitting a bit. (It wasn't the pedal shook, warping or bad rotors) I tell him that I'll want to buy the car, but on the condition that my mechanic ok's it, and that the brakes will def. be looked at. They bring me the paper work, the price is 2k over the online, and the sheet on the windshield. I object, point it out.. Comes back, still off. I point it out again, comes back third time, this time with it just crossed off, final paper work will have it fixed. The "WE OWE" in the sign off says: Contingent on mechanic. Nothing about brakes. I bring it up, nothing. The financial manager goes over extended warranty options. I ask again if the Kia powertrain applies, I'm told it does, so I tell them, I should be fine then. Drive off, 30+ miles, brakes still an issue. Take to mechanic next morning, sun glare reveals small cracks in windshield. (Under a dime size) I contact them after dropping off. "Oh you must have done that while driving....we wont fix that." (First warning sign) Mechanic tells me car looks good, notes the chips in windshield. Only issue he wants to note is the front brakes are horrible. His recommendation: New pads and rotors. Only thing that would pass PA inspection. Take back to Sloane, I'm told: Oh we'll see what WE find, and go from there...I'm told it'll take 2-3 days, so they give me a rental. I get a call telling me nothing is wrong with the brakes. I fight with service, ask why it rumbles, oh they are slightly warped. That's not nothing, I demand they fix. Could it pass inspection? He hesitated then agreed it wouldn't and said they'll correct. I told him I wanted new rotors, the warp couldn't be machined out, I was already told, and new pads. I get the car back later that day. The fix? New rotors, sanded down pads. My mechanic tells me its quite clearly sanded down, and some marks still exist. I fight with sales guys again over this: "Hey, we took correction as we said." It's less than 7 months later. I get told on an oil change that there is a coolant leak. Take to mechanic, and I'm told it's due to the read head gasket. Recommended to replace water pump too, 1200, but hey, this is under 100k, don't kia's have the 100k power train? Take it to them for free, 37 bux diagnostic charge. Call Kia, nope, 60k+ is for first owner ONLY. Call sloane, told same thing. "Our guys should ALWAYS push the extended warranty...I don't know why you never received info about it!" Ramiz? Calls and goes right for the: Oh I would never tell you that after 60k, you had an original warranty with Hyundai or Kia. I wouldn't tell you that. I'd inform you of the warranties and go over them. I tell him he didn't, or try to, and he just overrides anything I say. NEVER AGAIN. Will not come back to this dealership period. Sales was bad. Service was bad. They care about getting your money, getting you out, and that's it. Could care less for you to return from how I was treated. More

And, during those years, I have dealt with many different car salesmen. Some good, some not so good. I can truly say that, after my personal interaction and experience, Mohammed ranks as perhaps the best that I have ever dealt with. As researching others’ opinions/experiences with a dealership’s sales force can be just as important as researching costs/regional prices paid, I was amazed (and, perhaps a little skeptical) to read the exceptional reviews about him on this website. Every word of them was true! His demeanor and personality made me feel comfortable throughout the process without an inkling of pressure. He was honest in explaining what he could and could not do or answer and took the time to explain why. And, perhaps most importantly, he genuinely seemed to respect me as a customer and the amount preparation for a car purchase I performed by carefully explaining in detailed terms and concepts how a great deal (at least which I perceived) can occur from a car sales/business point of view. In conclusion, and as stated before, I came to Sloane Malvern (instead of a Sloane dealership much closer to me) specifically to deal with Mohammed based on the reviews here. And I would do it again in a heartbeat!! More

For our 2015 Avalon, we happily drove to the dealership where he works, rather than visit the dealership that's closer to our home. He's the kind of salesman who makes buying a car a pleasure! No pressure and EXTREMELY helpful in matching our needs with the right car, options, etc. Aaron valued our time and respected our budget, and went out of his way to get us the most car for our money. My work schedule has been very demanding, and he also went out of his way to meet and have the car prepped at my convenience. I have and will continue to recommend him to family and friends. More
