He also figured that I had already owned a standard LE Highlander previously, and that it would be a natural progression to take an upgrade to a limited. This was spot on, because I had test driven a limited Highlander the previous time I was there and loved it. At the time it was too much for my pocket book, but four years later - no. It all made sense. He worked very hard to get me the financial terms that fit our situation and stayed well after closing to complete the deal.
