Friendly, easy to talk to, and more importantly, he was brief but informative. Too many salesmen and their dealerships try to gussy up their pitch but always give an excuse to not answer any question that brief but informative. Too busy telling you all the perks and just clever enough to sidestep any concerns. Rob told me details as they were and didn't spin me around with petty talk and jargon.
