We came initially for research purposes knowing our purchase days were upon us, and we had purchased our last car from Sloane Toyota of Glenside. We talked with both Jack and Norris on that first day and they were helpful and definitely not making us feel rushed, they never tried to talk us into anything or tried to make us stay when we were ready to go. We returned to look at the Rav 4 but we were also interested in the Honda CRV. They had a CRV brought from their Honda dealership. They worked the numbers for each car, addressed our concerns with each car , negotiated with us fairly, and gave us a great price for our trade in. Once we made a final decision, the paperwork process was quick and painless! We will return to this dealership each time we are ready to upgrade our cars. We will recommend this dealership to anyone who will listen. It was obvious that both Norris and Jack cared, not only to make a sale, but to make sure our needs were met.
