I went to Sloane Toyota to buy a new car. The dealership and salesman were recommended to me by family. Rob Fox was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I walked in and was asked if I could be helped. My response was I was just looking. Then when I wanted to speak to someone, I scanned the room with my eyes and they landed on Jim Brody. Must of been my day after looking for cars for pass day and half. He was vey nice, smiled and took care of me right away. Jim was very helpful. Jack the manager was wonderful too. He spoke very friendly and was willing able and ready to help me get what I was looking for and to the price I wanted to spend and the car payment I wanted to make. Ocassionally came out of his office to see if all was going ok, and if I needed anything else. He took the extra mile that most people don't with he customer. He was well dressed which to me shows you care about how you are precieved. Now there's Tim, always smiling with that happy face. He knows his job and he does his job, very confident which makes me feel I haven't made a mistake. Paper work excellent, process in a timely matter. The only thing I wished happen which didn't, when someone tells you they are going to send the car to be cleaned up, I truly expect just that. Now the car I purchased wasn't all that bad, but i could tell from day to the next day they really didn't clean it as one would have expected. I'm very anal when it comes to cleaniness always to the point of perfection but not perfect. Someone like me would notice the smallest thing, before the bigger things. In this case it wasn't nothing big, it was the small things. Jim cleaned the back window as much as he could, but Jack got the job done the way it should have been done. There should always be someone on the premise to make sure all cars being purchase are shinning as if it was a brand new car, if fesible. At the end, I loved all of them. On my way out, I made sure the couple Jack was talking to does a great job, great person, and will take care of you. If your going to be honest be honest in life it will take you a long way. My motto is, my word is my bond and I live by it and stand by it always. God Bless and Happy New Year to all. More

this is the second van we bought from Sloane Toyota and specifically rob fox. everyone there couldn't have been nicer to us. they are there to please and they accomplished that. rob was very patient with u specifically rob fox. everyone there couldn't have been nicer to us. they are there to please and they accomplished that. rob was very patient with us as we looked at cars and vans and even stayed late the first night without complaint. we never felt rushed or pressured and because of that we found EXACTLY what we wanted. what I really liked was that when we went to pick up the van, rob had already transferred our insurance to the new van. it was a simple gesture but one less thing we had to do. all in all, it's always a pleasure to do business with rob and Sloane. we would recommend rob and Sloane to anyone interested in purchasing a new vehicle. as a matter of fact, I have and she, too, was very happy with the results. Sloane Toyota of Glenside is a quality organization. The Service Department, Sales and everyone in between made our experience very pleasant. The facility itself is very nice and clean as well. He did so many things right; he understood what was important to us, what was not and what we needed and wanted. He asked questions the right way, at the right time and most importantly...he listened. I never felt like he was 'trying to sell us a car'. He was assisting us in making an important purchase. He kept us informed every step of the way and helped us through the process flawlessly. His follow through and attention to detail on delivery, making sure I knew how to use everything in the car, was a nice touch I did not expect. He also kept reminding me that if we had any questions or needed anything at all, to just call, and I believe that is genuine. His relationship with Chris Larmer in the Service Department was key to our experience as well. Chris is an acquaintance of ours and introduced us to Rob. Chris also serviced my husband's car while we were waiting to finalize our new purchase...that was a really nice touch and showed us that the team atmosphere at Sloane extends across departments. Tom, who finalized our deal, was incredibly personable and a pleasure to deal with. We look forward to continuing our relationship as customers at Sloane, and with Rob and Chris, for many years to come. More

Sales person (Sam Huhn) was very helpful. He showed us all the features of the car and gave us a test drive. Price negotiation was much less painful than some we have experienced in the past. I was given a price on a new car through their on-line person. The person was to meet me at the dealership. When I arrived I was told she did not work there but only did on-line negotiations. After driving the car we went to buy based on the price I had in writing. I was then told the on-line dealer made a mistake and they couldn't honor that price. The general manager said he would try to make it up if I bought an extended warranty. He then tried to overcharge me for the warranty. I have been buying cars for 50 years and have never seen such a scam operation in my life. How do these guys stay in business? Buyer beware. More
