Great experience and great service!!! I had been to another car dealership earlier that day. No one spoke to me as my son daughter and i walked around the honda lot. Although this was my first attempt at finding a car i was serious about buying. I knew i wanted a honda or a Toyota. My mother suggested id try you guys. She bought her Toyota Camery from you guys in 1998 and her car is still running and I've been through at least 15 cars since then. My sister also bought a Rav4 a year or two later and she still has hers so it was a no brainer. I parked on the used car side and walked over to the new just to browse because i still wasn't sure what I was looking for. Before i could a third of the way across the lot i was greeted by Alex who offered to assistance. Alex ask if we d like to come in out of the heat and asked all the right questions to help me find the right... no the perfect car for me. Exactly what I was looking for. He showed me the black Toyota corolla in the lobby and i was in love.lol I told him it was what i want, took it for a test drive as he answered my questions. When we got back he helped me get my car. He even got my son a ride to work so he wasn't late. I was very pleased with the service and treatment that i received at Sloans by Alex and the rest of the staff. Thank you for making in happen so quick and easy. You guys rock. More

My only knOck against the dealeR wasn't against the sales staff, it was with whOever detailed (or was supposed to detail) the vehicle before leaviNg the lot. i bought a Demo vehicle, so i expected to see a few stIcky sPots or crumbs inSide the car before Having it detailed but fIgured that the deTailer would clean that up... when the car was finally "Done" it looked like the insIde instruments and center Console hadn't even been wiped down in the least as the sticKy spots and crumbs were still there. at that point i had alREady been There for 3 hours, so i left the lot and cleRned the caR up properly when i haD got home. in retrospect, i should've sent it back but in my head i thought that iF the person couldn't get somethIng that simple Right the first timE than why bother with THEM again. i hate to be harsh beCause Outside of that my experience was flawless, but it irks me wheN people take shortcuts on the sImple thingM to the point where the siMplEst things (Like detaiLing) get done the Incorrectly. More
