Last week, I leased my second vehicle from Sloan Glenside. The experience was pleasant from start to finish. He was sure to have everything ready for me even in his absence. I did not want anyone to explain the features of the car. I wanted to experience the joy of self-discovery. Well... that didn't come without a few challenges. Michael very graciously responds to every email I have sent with questions about the car. I will buy/lease my next car from him as well. Anessa, however, is the star of the this purchase. I contacted her on a weekend to express my interest, and she responded immediately. By Monday, she began gathering information to present me with options. Anessa showed that she truly cared about what was important to me as a customer. She was not willing to allow me to settle for short-term gratification, but really pushed me to be patient to wait for what I really wanted. Anessa along with her manager put in the time and effort to locate a car in the color I wanted, but at the last minute, I completely changed my mind; thus requiring more effort for Anessa. She never complained, nor showed any frustration. She simply made it happen. Anessa had everything in order so finalizing my lease took only 30 minutes once I arrived.
