I'll preface this review by saying we had a great experience purchasing a vehicle at Sloane 3 years ago. Unfortunately, this time not the same. I was very interested in a vehicle that was listed for sale online. Called and verified its availability with Lauren (this is after getting a run-around from Jordan Cox at the Malvern location, which is covered in a different review). Planning to purchase if it checked out. We drove an hour and a half to see it, only to be told it was already sold. We were then offered alternatives that were $4000 more than the vehicle we were interested in. A courtesy call from Lauren or anyone at the dealership after it sold would've gone a long way to help us not waste our time so we could've turned around. Instead, we wasted 3 hours of travel. Avoid -- they don't respect their customer's time. More

I just bought a 2021 Rav-4 from Sloane Toyota of Glenside. I cannot say enough about this dealership. Primarily, Andrew Sloane, Manager Jeff Lish, my salesesman Rob Fox and the finance girl, Anessa Thomas. All were extremely helpful. Rob Fox explained all the vehicle features, options and how to use them and also gave me a followup call a few days after my purchase to make sure everything was okay. This was by FAR the most pleasurable experience buying a car from any dealer I have ever dealt with....and I am 61 years old and have bought many new cars in my lifetime.
