Disappointed that an oil change & tire rotation (part of a pre-purchased service plan no less) took 2 hrs to complete. I had the earliest appt, was the 1st Customer to check in and still had to wait 2 hrs. a pre-purchased service plan no less) took 2 hrs to complete. We had a great experience with Rob Fox helping us with the purchase of a new Camry. He went over all the features and helped make the entire experience easy. Very easy process throughout. Both Salesperson, Lem Mercado, and Cathy, from the internet department were very easygoing and great communicators. Everyone was very friendly. Sales Manager Jamie was a pleasure to meet and to work with. GM Jeff was very approachable and friendly as well. Everything was transparent throughout the process. Upon picking up the car it was well detailed and Lem took all the time I needed to show me how to operate the various controls and features. Finally, Anessa, Business Manager was a pleasure to work with, low-key and very transparent as well. I highly recommend Sloane Toyota for your next purchase.
