We had a really good experience with this dealership, especially since this was our first time ordering a vehicle rather than buying one off the lot. From the reservation stage, Rob Fox (our sales person) took the time to understand what we were looking for and explained the process, without any pressure. After placing the order, we received regular updates on the status, which helped set expectations during the wait. When the car finally arrived, the showroom experience was smooth and well organized, and delivery day was as smooth. Financing was also straightforward. The finance manager walked us through the paperwork, explained the options clearly, and made sure we were comfortable before signing anything. There were no surprises, which we really appreciated. Overall, the entire process—from reservation and ordering to financing and delivery—was easy and stress-free. We’re very happy with the car and would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a straightforward and honest buying experience. More
