Very easy process throughout. Both Salesperson, Lem Mercado, and Cathy, from the internet department were very easygoing and great communicators. Everyone was very friendly. Sales Manager Jamie was a pleasure to meet and to work with. GM Jeff was very approachable and friendly as well. Everything was transparent throughout the process. Upon picking up the car it was well detailed and Lem took all the time I needed to show me how to operate the various controls and features. Finally, Anessa, Business Manager was a pleasure to work with, low-key and very transparent as well. I highly recommend Sloane Toyota for your next purchase.
