Great Service. I have been going to Sloane Honda service for years now and my service writer is Jamie. She and the others at Sloane Service are so friendly and car I have been going to Sloane Honda service for years now and my service writer is Jamie. She and the others at Sloane Service are so friendly and car repairs are done right. I had an appointment for 9:30am and was met outside in the bay area where they wrote down what I needed done. After that the writer walked me into the building where Jamie was sitting and she went over what I needed done (State Inspection, oil change and a recall). She then asked if I was waiting and I said yes. Jamie then showed me to the waiting area. Within moments I get a text from her saying that I could respond to any questions by this text. I was shocked with in 1 hour and 15 minutes Jamie was standing next to me saying the car was down. I was shocked and said did it need anything else and she said no. Again, I was shocked that she didn't try to push any un-needed repairs and she never does that is why I always go to her. I am a senior citizen and she never takes advantage of this. That is why I always go to Sloane Honda and Jamie. She then walked me to the cashier and she got my car delivered to the front door. Keep up the good work. More
I took my car in for a service oil change and two day later my low oil light is on saying pull car over and add oil, I was on a major highway and had to pull over and call someone to bring me oil, that e later my low oil light is on saying pull car over and add oil, I was on a major highway and had to pull over and call someone to bring me oil, that experience was so frustrating and scary pulled over on major highway with trucks and car going 65 to 80 miles, I am so dissatisfied and would like to receive my money back for the oil change and for a quart and a half that I had to add on the highway. I don't know why this Honda dealer has workers that don't know how much oil to put back in my Lexus, its a good thing the car has the ability to let you know your oil is low two days after you supposed to have paid for a oil change. I will never take my car to Sloane Honda again for a oil change. I'm thinking about reporting them to the corporate office! More
