Left in waiting room for two hours Three days now and no call back. Went to get my oil changed Monday evening June 1 was given a slip by the employee in the garage and told that someone Three days now and no call back. Went to get my oil changed Monday evening June 1 was given a slip by the employee in the garage and told that someone would get me when my van was completed. Two hours later went to find out why a oil change was taking so long and was told they had no idea where my van was. Called and left my name and number on the service managers voice mail and STILL no response. Seemed like a good idea to lease from this dealer but now I don't know. Easy for them to say to come back tomorrow already inconvenienced for one day. More
Customer service is beyond awful I bought my hoda at this particular dealership and the salesmen are, yes, very nice. However, there is a recall on 2010 Honda civics paint... When my paint started cracking (last year 10/2014) I had stopped into the service deptarment. They took photos of my paint and then proceeded to tell me they would not be able to fix this issue today and they would be in contact... It's now mid February 2015.. I was in need of an oil change and came to sloane again and spoke with someone about my paint again... They then told me it is my job to call their collision guy and speak to him but they were told to tell me it would be another month or more!!! Why is it the customers job to call them?! I have stopped in here twice and spoke to numerous people within the dealership about this issue. IT IS A RECALL!!! Needless to say, this will be my LAST visit here. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. When I asked to speak with the manager I was told he was too busy.... I work in customer service and am myself a manager and would never treat my loyal customers with such disrespect. More

Price for inspection is $76, higher than other places, but it’s OK with good quality of service. We didn’t use the car for 3 days. Today when we started the message appears:”Check your tires”. We came back to the station and explain the problem. Michael Mealey was very rude, told stay in line, take the number and you have to wait about 1.5 hour???!!!! After we called for the General Manager Mike the problem was resolved in few minutes. Why General Manager should be bother, why assistant service manager Michael Mealey can’t do his job? Took my car for repairs. Excellent service & very expedient. Always do quality work. The waiting lounge is very comfortable & there is a very good range of media supplied to Excellent service & very expedient. Always do quality work. If you like extreme silence, Sloane also has a Quiet Lounge where yor can meditate or read in expreme silence. They even have booths with desks where you can do work & nobody will be able to see your paperwork. More
Never use this location for your service Never go to this service center it sucks.
