The EPIC failure was the dreaded "CODE" showing up on the radio. Not good. Off to the dealership, it's not too bad when I go because it's maintenance; but this time it's stupidity and an afternoon waiting just would not be Good! I would like to thank Gabe for rescuing me and my radio to get me listening again. I think I was in and out in about 12 minutes. Thanks again Sloane Honda and Gabe. More

Until the day came to fix something , so call the warranty started when the car was built and not when he purchased the car or the 5 yr warranty. My fiance was the third owner within 3yrs of the car built. So they will not honor the warranty that my fiance purchase for the Honda.. They also try to get my fiancé to pay for the work that was needed. We found another place for the work and saved $ 600.00 on parts. Now the parts came from Honda Sloane ! So we r very unhappy, and didn't like the way we were treated. Plan to sell the car!!!! There attitude was tough, deal with it. More

I had phone conversation with him first time today and after that i realized that i must find new place for my car services. He seems non friendlier person. I knew previous manager, Mark who was a great person to talk and deal with him. I did not see Mark today, he must left this place but He was caring man and because of him i was coming sloane honda for last 7 years. I am not coming back to this place. More

Drive in for an oil change, or check on some thing, no appointment, and I'm out. This time it was a tire indicator light. I was out in 45 minuets. When the car is in for a scheduled service, the have a shuttle service, if you need it, They never begin a repair without consulting me about why, how much it will cost, and if I want it done and how long it will take. The waiting area is large, and comfortable., Lots of seating, 2 TV's, Coffee, snack machine, newspapers magazines & newspapers. I trust Sloane to be honest, and do excellent work, and I'm never disappointed More
