Great Service Overall it was great service. We dropped our car off, and used the shuttle (drivers were extremely nice), our service adviser kept us updated on what Overall it was great service. I was faithful to another car dealer for twenty years but lost faith in their ability to service my cars. Tried Sloane Honda in 2010 and have found peace and comfort once again. I trust their ability to resolve problems. I have never had a problem with a service rep. I commend the service manager for keeping a good team. More
Poorly done oil change! I came in for a routine oil change service. I ' ve been told it would cost $53. When an hour later the job was done, i ' ve been told it would be $89. I came in for a routine oil change service. I ' ve been told it would cost $53. When an hour later the job was done, i ' ve been told it would be $89. 2 minutes later, the price went down to $70. Not only that, my car was returned with dirty oily foot prints on both of the front mats. Didn't know that it takes 2 Honda associates to drive a car from the parking lot garage to perform an oil change!!! Poor job and poor customer service! More

Until the day came to fix something , so call the warranty started when the car was built and not when he purchased the car or the 5 yr warranty. My fiance was the third owner within 3yrs of the car built. So they will not honor the warranty that my fiance purchase for the Honda.. They also try to get my fiancé to pay for the work that was needed. We found another place for the work and saved $ 600.00 on parts. Now the parts came from Honda Sloane ! So we r very unhappy, and didn't like the way we were treated. Plan to sell the car!!!! There attitude was tough, deal with it. More

The EPIC failure was the dreaded "CODE" showing up on the radio. Not good. Off to the dealership, it's not too bad when I go because it's maintenance; but this time it's stupidity and an afternoon waiting just would not be Good! I would like to thank Gabe for rescuing me and my radio to get me listening again. I think I was in and out in about 12 minutes. Thanks again Sloane Honda and Gabe. More
