Sloane Honda - Service Center

Poor service and unfriendly service I have purchased 2 sets of tires (all 4) at Sloane...both times the vehicle was aligned at Sloane only to go on the highway and the entire front vibr I have purchased 2 sets of tires (all 4) at Sloane...both times the vehicle was aligned at Sloane only to go on the highway and the entire front vibrates....The most recent time I call the service department and left a message with someone...its been 4 hours now and no reply....I have found the service to drop off in the last year as they are becoming unfriendly....its not the same place....I bought a Honda to come back to Sloane....I judge that to be a mistake now.... I even shopped around so I could buy a Honda so I could return to Sloane after a nasty salesman at Sloane accused me of being a liar.....I am thinking hard about not coming back More

Service is the key I have been using Sloane Honda service since 2010. I was faithful to another car dealer for twenty years but lost faith in their ability to service my I have been using Sloane Honda service since 2010. I was faithful to another car dealer for twenty years but lost faith in their ability to service my cars. Tried Sloane Honda in 2010 and have found peace and comfort once again. I trust their ability to resolve problems. I have never had a problem with a service rep. I commend the service manager for keeping a good team. More

Poorly done oil change! I came in for a routine oil change service. I ' ve been told it would cost $53. When an hour later the job was done, i ' ve been told it would be $89. I came in for a routine oil change service. I ' ve been told it would cost $53. When an hour later the job was done, i ' ve been told it would be $89. 2 minutes later, the price went down to $70. Not only that, my car was returned with dirty oily foot prints on both of the front mats. Didn't know that it takes 2 Honda associates to drive a car from the parking lot garage to perform an oil change!!! Poor job and poor customer service! More
