Service is to expensive My wife recently stopped by for a state inspection on a 2017 Lease and was charge $106. Too expensive compared to other dealerships. Ridiculous reason for incompetency. We took our 2007 Honda CRV to Sloane Honda recently for service at Sloane. We needed diagnose a problem and needed an alignment because we had just pu We took our 2007 Honda CRV to Sloane Honda recently for service at Sloane. We needed diagnose a problem and needed an alignment because we had just purchased brand new tires for it. Keep in mind that this vehicle was purchased brand new from Sloane and had always been serviced there. This is also from a family of Honda buyers that bought new at Sloane. They did diagnose the problem properly but however, when it came to the alignment, we were told that it could not be aligned. The service person at the counter said that the tires were to blame for not being able to align the car. They actually said that the brand new tires were defective and that is the sole reason why they could not align the car. I was told to return the vehicle to the tire dealer and they should align the car. We replaced the tires on the car with the exact same size from the original ones on the car when new. They would not move off of that reason and refused a refund. They gave us a lousy $15 off which was completely ridiculous. We basically were charged for an alignment that was not done. We ended up taking it to a local repair shop and they were able to align the car with very little effort. We work too hard to pay for repairs or adjustments that are not completed and considering the truck was bought new there, we kind of expected better. More

Went there for tire repair loosing air and have been told that it fixed and took money for that but week a I wish I can give less than a star review. Poor service and unfriendly service I have purchased 2 sets of tires (all 4) at Sloane...both times the vehicle was aligned at Sloane only to go on the highway and the entire front vibr I have purchased 2 sets of tires (all 4) at Sloane...both times the vehicle was aligned at Sloane only to go on the highway and the entire front vibrates....The most recent time I call the service department and left a message with someone...its been 4 hours now and no reply....I have found the service to drop off in the last year as they are becoming unfriendly....its not the same place....I bought a Honda to come back to Sloane....I judge that to be a mistake now.... I even shopped around so I could buy a Honda so I could return to Sloane after a nasty salesman at Sloane accused me of being a liar.....I am thinking hard about not coming back More
