If you have an entire day to waste on an oil change, this is your place to go!! I have been dealing with Sloane since 2008. I only take my car here for service. Today will be my last time! I made an ap is your place to go!! I have been dealing with Sloane since 2008. I only take my car here for service. Today will be my last time! I made an appointment for 9:15 am, dropped my car off at 7 am. I and was going to use the shuttle at my lunch time to pick up. When I called at 11 to see if it would be ready by 12 as promised, all I got was an unhelpful representative. The car was not even taken back and and she “didn’t know what time and what to tell me!” with an attitude. I showed up at 1 pm and my car was just being taking back and I believe it was because I wanted my car back to take somewhere! The response I got was we had a lot of walk-ins. I made an appointment and an oil change is an express service, it should not take 4 hours to be taken back for service! The customer service is awful! Never again. I’ll use jiffy lube and be done in 1/2 hour. More
Lior has a very professional and pleasant manner. He exhibits good follow through and is not pushy or intimidating. Nicole provided excellent customer service during multiple interactions for a complicated problem with our Honda Accord radio/rearview camera panel. Nicole was professional, kind and patient with multiple interactions for a complicated problem with our Honda Accord radio/rearview camera panel. Nicole was professional, kind and patient with our questions and helped us to arrange for a rental car twice. Nicole was kind enough to look at our radio/rearview camera panel late afternoon on Thursday 7/9, so that Nicole could describe the problem more accurately to Gary, the technician. Gary, the technician, provided excellent service to troubleshoot the problem and communicate with the Honda Tech Line. Great job- I hope that Nicole and Gary are recognized for their excellent service! -Dr. Wil More

During inspection in Dec '19 3rd party mechanic told me rotors are warped but brakes have 75% life left. Not only did the dealer refuse to make this right and replace the rotors, they wouldnt even look at it without charging $70. I spent 2-3 times the money to have Sloane do the brakes and rotors because I expected quality. If the dealer cant make this right I'm done with the dealer and Honda. More
Sloane is terrible on so many different levels. Will be calling corporate and regional as well. After six total trips of three hours each, no logical thoughts that the problem might be solved of my car sta calling corporate and regional as well. After six total trips of three hours each, no logical thoughts that the problem might be solved of my car starting or stopping suddenly, Without warning. Used to trust them but they tried to upsell me $600 on a simple repair of a starter switch and a plug on a tire. Guess they had to make their quota. They cannot replicate problem that has been reoccurring. Car is fully warranted till 2022 but there is $100 deductible if I take it to a COMPETENT other dealership under warranty and they know it. At first they didn’t mention that to me but I called Zürich my warranty company and they informed me of additional charges. Sloane is happy with that and will not sublet to another dealership. The warranty company suggested another dealership, because they hit the wall trying to fix my problem. Stuck with Sloane for another two years. All I get is apologies. Had appointment for Tuesday two weeks ago had to reschedule. went in last Tuesday waited three hours again. The part they were supposed to install was not available and was waiting for was sold already, Even though it was ordered for my appointment that was scheduled. It had to be re-ordered.So they didn’t even start working on it for three hours with no phone call Ahead of time that they needed to re-order part. The date scheduled they did not inform me that they didn’t have the Part. Dan the service writer said out-of-the-box parts could be bad from Honda. Brand new parts could be coming in bad. That’s not good customer relations backing their parts. That doesn't put a good taste in my mouth as far as the quality of Honda parts or Dan and his team replacing the parts. He stated I was rating him on the report. You're right i'm rating you you're responsible for my waste of time I have 16 hours and having to come back six times total. No apologies necessary you should be ashamed. I have contacted a lawyer tonight as well as the local TV station. No satisfaction through dealership itself they don't care. Bringing back rental vehicle was a hassle too. They would not document I put gas in and there was no damage to car until I got a general manager. Do not recommend this dealership at all Will follow with social posts letting people know about this dealership. More
Ripped wiper blade, told me rotor needed to be cut With a brand new car at first service, a nervous employee came out and sheepishly told me that I needed the rotors “cut”. Not knowing better I said ok With a brand new car at first service, a nervous employee came out and sheepishly told me that I needed the rotors “cut”. Not knowing better I said ok. Another time, I took a guy with me for just inspection and they wanted all sorts of work done, like changing trans fluid and doing belts, I said no to all and then they said they had to change my wiper blades. Said they were ripped. I had JUST put on new ones, so I know that was phony. My guy friend advised to just pay it, get out of there and never go back. More

Lost a customer I thought after 18 years of being a customer of this dealership, they would continue to foster the relationship. A poor 'policy' that was explained to I thought after 18 years of being a customer of this dealership, they would continue to foster the relationship. A poor 'policy' that was explained to me by the service lead (regarding not being able to replace a radiator for free that was installed by Sloane and went bad in less than a year in my 2001 Accord) has left a bad taste in my mouth given we had leveraged Sloane service throughout the time we have owned the car. To clarify, apparently the 'policy' states that the part is covered by labor isn't. The problem is that the labor is 3 times the cost of the part and it doesn't seem right for me to pay for labor for a faulty part. I would have thought being a customer for so long that they would offer to pay for the part and labor, but that wasn't the case. Additionally, this wasn't an isolated case around the service department. We had faulty tires installed on our car and we had insisted for almost two years that something was wrong with them, but the dealership never took action. We purchased my mother-in-laws car from Sloane, but we will no longer be customer's there. More
