What I like she made suggestions and was not forceful trying to make you buy. I had fast service and the building is clean. I recommend Sloan and their service Rep Jamie to all. More

I purchased a new CRV over 6 months ago. I scheduled an oil change and went to my appointment. The service mechanic said I don’t need a change yet and contact my advisor. I thought Honda gives you 2 years of free maintenance similar to Toyota. My mistake. More

My wife and I are Sussman Honda refugees and had a bad experience with both Service Departments that subsequently bought Sussman (Honda of Abington, then Fred Beans). Though it's much further away, thank God for SLOANE Honda! ... Especially it's Service Department which have done two repairs we are pleased with, and in particular my new Service Rep Dan Mccarthy who is a personable, professional, and in my estimation honourable man who does not attempt to gouge a customer past more than needs to be fixed ... I am waiting for my car to finish being serviced and it’s already been 4 hours for an inspection, oil and filter change and purchasing new tires.
