Treated me like a king! I tried to buy a brand new CRV EX at Sloane Honda. Ultimately I was unable to afford the car I wanted and was not willing to settle for the LX model. That being said, I must point out that of all the dealerships I visited during my car buying experience the salesman who treated me the best was absolutely Sloane Honda's Eric Ortiz. He made me feel like we were long time friends and I could tell he wanted to do everything he could for me. Eric is a great guy. If you want a new Honda I totally recommend going to Sloane and asking for Eric! More

So I never thought about Had to do a little under the hood time which involved disconnecting the battery; that was a complete success. The EPIC failure was the dreaded "CODE" showing up on the radio. Not good. Off to the dealership, it's not too bad when I go because it's maintenance; but this time it's stupidity and an afternoon waiting just would not be Good! I would like to thank Gabe for rescuing me and my radio to get me listening again. I think I was in and out in about 12 minutes. Thanks again Sloane Honda and Gabe. More

Until the day came to fix something , so call the warranty started when the car was built and not when he purchased the car or the 5 yr warranty. My fiance was the third owner within 3yrs of the car built. So they will not honor the warranty that my fiance purchase for the Honda.. They also try to get my fiancé to pay for the work that was needed. We found another place for the work and saved $ 600.00 on parts. Now the parts came from Honda Sloane ! So we r very unhappy, and didn't like the way we were treated. Plan to sell the car!!!! There attitude was tough, deal with it. More
