Great experience, excellent professionalism. We purchased a new Honda CRV from Sloane Honda on Bustleton Ave, in Philadelphia. It was our first time looking at a Honda product and the first time We purchased a new Honda CRV from Sloane Honda on Bustleton Ave, in Philadelphia. It was our first time looking at a Honda product and the first time at this dealership; but I consider it my lucky day. That day I met Mr. Ervin Bilbili, one of the most professional sales consultants, who took his time to answer all my questions (a lot of them) and made sure that we were comfortable with our purchasing decision. I have purchased many new cars before, but never had such a great experience at a dealership while shopping for a car. I did recommend all of my family members to visit my new Friend and Automotive Consultant Ervin Bilbili, and everyone drives Honda from Sloane. We are not waisting our time shopping around anymore; we have a Friend Ervin who we can trust, and will visit Sloane Honda with pleasure every time we will upgrade. Ridiculous reason for incompetency. We took our 2007 Honda CRV to Sloane Honda recently for service at Sloane. We needed diagnose a problem and needed an alignment because we had just pu We took our 2007 Honda CRV to Sloane Honda recently for service at Sloane. We needed diagnose a problem and needed an alignment because we had just purchased brand new tires for it. Keep in mind that this vehicle was purchased brand new from Sloane and had always been serviced there. This is also from a family of Honda buyers that bought new at Sloane. They did diagnose the problem properly but however, when it came to the alignment, we were told that it could not be aligned. The service person at the counter said that the tires were to blame for not being able to align the car. They actually said that the brand new tires were defective and that is the sole reason why they could not align the car. I was told to return the vehicle to the tire dealer and they should align the car. We replaced the tires on the car with the exact same size from the original ones on the car when new. They would not move off of that reason and refused a refund. They gave us a lousy $15 off which was completely ridiculous. We basically were charged for an alignment that was not done. We ended up taking it to a local repair shop and they were able to align the car with very little effort. We work too hard to pay for repairs or adjustments that are not completed and considering the truck was bought new there, we kind of expected better. More

Outstanding Customer Service from Ervin Bilbili After searching extensively for a new vehicle in dealerships and on the web, yesterday we purchased our fourth Honda from Sloane Honda of Philadelphia After searching extensively for a new vehicle in dealerships and on the web, yesterday we purchased our fourth Honda from Sloane Honda of Philadelphia. The level of customer service exhibited by the sales representative, Ervin Bilbili, was truly exceptional. Ervin listened carefully to our interests in vehicle options and offered us a deal on a 2016 Pilot EX that no dealer could match. He also provided outstanding pricing on a warranty and a very low financing rate. Ervin is a very honest, straightforward, fair and courteous salesman. Truly a rare find. We have been proud Honda owners since 1985 and Sloane clearly ranks as our BEST purchasing experience.
