Exceptional service I started out looking for a specific model Ridgeline and after quite a bit of research I had the price I wanted to pay in mind. After a few internet I started out looking for a specific model Ridgeline and after quite a bit of research I had the price I wanted to pay in mind. After a few internet clicks I was contacted by Edwin Rivera at Sloane Honda, who was professional and more importantly, not annoying at all (That is a big hint to the other dealerships out there!!). After just a few email exchanges and two phone calls, prompted by me, we set up an appointment to meet and discuss the purchase in person. It was a hassle and haggle free discussion, in which I got my price and Edwin assured me he would find the specific truck I wanted. Shouldn’t take more than a few days. Wrong. I’m pretty sure he found it in a couple of hours. The truck came in, my accessories were installed at what I believe were very fair prices and I got the call my truck was ready. Again when I picked up the truck, no hassle. When it came to to do the final paperwork, Edwin hand me off to Matt Liczbinski, who brought me to the proverbial finish line more professionally than any vehicle buying experience ever. No hassle, no pressure, and no nonsense. Overall I have to say the whole experience was easy and “hassle free”. I know that I am beating the word “hassle” to death here, but for me that’s a huge plus and something I cannot applaud enough. Thanks Sloane and your employees for being so professional. More
