The service advisors I was working with (Zaire and the woman whose name is unknown to me) were rude, unfriendly, and argumentative. Initially, they refused to perform the work I scheduled online (to remov woman whose name is unknown to me) were rude, unfriendly, and argumentative. Initially, they refused to perform the work I scheduled online (to remove the screw from the tire, and to address the frozen infotainment screen) unless I'd drop the car off for the entire day, despite the fact I selected an option to "wait at the dealership" rather than dropping the car off for the entire day. I told the advisor I am OK with fixing the screw problem only. The labour was supposed to be 1.5 hours initially, and then it was extended to 2.5 hours because they needed to contact Zurich insurance. It took the service technician over three hours to remove the screw and to fix the tire, which actually takes about 25 minutes and costs $20 at the tire center. I was never notified that the job was completed until I texted Zaire myself. Zaire replied that the car was ready an hour ago but he never texted me with the status because he assumed that I dropped the car for the entire day (?), he was argumentative and never apologized. Now, I understand the reason why this service center is rated low amongst other Honda dealerships in the area. I am not recommending to use this service center, unless they train their so called "service advisors" on the customer satisfaction principles. More
My experience , i was well pleased Zaire was the representative he was very professional he took time to explain everything to me. My car was completed in a timely manner. As good as their sales department is, so bad is their service. Got a call for service: “ please be there at 8:15am, not on 8:14, not on 8:16, 8:15 precisely. Upon arrival I found a line starting at Bustleton Ave. Stepped into the office to let them know I was there, got an angry answer : Don’t you see the line?!! Go there and wait for your turn! So, I just went to the nearest customer friendly shop and did oil change and tire rotation at my cost. On 7/20 my brand new Honda Pilot started spitting out error codes. I came to the dealership and was assured that a service department manager will call me . Never happened. Then I called and was told to bring the car in on Saturday 7/22 8am. After waking up on my very rare day off and coming to the dealership , standing in line, I’ve been told, they have never heard about my appointment. The worst service and the major disrespect to their customers. Avoid that awful dealership by all means! More
