As good as their sales department is, so bad is their service. Got a call for service: “ please be there at 8:15am, not on 8:14, not on 8:16, 8:15 precisely. Upon arrival I found a line starting at Bustleton Ave. Stepped into the office to let them know I was there, got an angry answer : Don’t you see the line?!! Go there and wait for your turn! So, I just went to the nearest customer friendly shop and did oil change and tire rotation at my cost. On 7/20 my brand new Honda Pilot started spitting out error codes. I came to the dealership and was assured that a service department manager will call me . Never happened. Then I called and was told to bring the car in on Saturday 7/22 8am. After waking up on my very rare day off and coming to the dealership , standing in line, I’ve been told, they have never heard about my appointment. The worst service and the major disrespect to their customers. Avoid that awful dealership by all means! More
