It is 443pm…I went to the dealership at 4pm to get an oil change as my service light is on. I was told that I came too late to receive service. The express service person changed his wording once I said expr change as my service light is on. I was told that I came too late to receive service. The express service person changed his wording once I said express service gets served until 530pm. How am I late? His response was well I was supposed to leave 10 minutes ago. He did ask me how low my level is I said 10%. He said well you can get 1000 miles on that percentage. I asked if they could make an appointment he said one of them can help you. I walked to Dan McCarthy desk as he has been servicing my car/s for years. He said yes. I asked if he could schedule me an appointment for an oil change. He told me he doesn’t do that as that’s an express job and that I needed the one man who I just talked to. Anyone who goes to this location knows that on their shortest staffed day there is still at least 5 to 7 people working inside. The manager and someone else was in their office watching and talking. My point is I have been going here for years and the service has drastically declined over time. It saddens me that no one was willing to service a car for an oil change that technically still belongs to them. I am not sure what changes have occurred at this location but if you cannot honor express service on the day to day then don’t offer the service as customers expect to be able to receive services that are offered. More
