Especially it's Service Department which have done two repairs we are pleased with, and in particular my new Service Rep Dan Mccarthy who is a personable, professional, and in my estimation honourable man who does not attempt to gouge a customer past more than needs to be fixed ... I am waiting for my car to finish being serviced and it’s already been 4 hours for an inspection, oil and filter change and purchasing new tires. The level of chaos here is amazing. I started with one salesman and was transferred (mid transaction) to another. Sales was supposed to communicate with Service to fix the broken wind I started with one salesman and was transferred (mid transaction) to another. It took over a week to get the appointment scheduled (and that was after I made at least 3 phone calls myself) and when I arrived the details of the repair were incorrect. Sloane sold me a car with locking lug nuts and no key! These are not generic keys and must be ordered from Honda which takes 5 - 7 days. If I had gotten a flat, the car would have had to be towed. The departments don't communicate with each other. At times, it is hard to tell if they are really this incompetent or you are getting the run around! More
