All in all, both Mahdy and the Sloane Honda team did an amazing job helping my family with our next vehicle purchase. Walked into the dealership with a 2015 Hyundai that had a loan with an interest rate of amazing job helping my family with our next vehicle purchase. Walked into the dealership with a 2015 Hyundai that had a loan with an interest rate of 26% and came out with a 2021 Honda Accord with an interest rate of 11%. Mandy did a phenomenal job walking us through the process and helping us get a rate that was affordable and suited my families financial situation. He explained everything in details and worked hard even to the extent to find us affordable car insurance. I truly recommend and thank Mahdy for his great service. It was truly a pleasure. More

If you have an entire day to waste on an oil change, this is your place to go!! I have been dealing with Sloane since 2008. I only take my car here for service. Today will be my last time! I made an ap is your place to go!! I have been dealing with Sloane since 2008. I only take my car here for service. Today will be my last time! I made an appointment for 9:15 am, dropped my car off at 7 am. I and was going to use the shuttle at my lunch time to pick up. When I called at 11 to see if it would be ready by 12 as promised, all I got was an unhelpful representative. The car was not even taken back and and she “didn’t know what time and what to tell me!” with an attitude. I showed up at 1 pm and my car was just being taking back and I believe it was because I wanted my car back to take somewhere! The response I got was we had a lot of walk-ins. I made an appointment and an oil change is an express service, it should not take 4 hours to be taken back for service! The customer service is awful! Never again. I’ll use jiffy lube and be done in 1/2 hour. More
