Took my car in for service May 8th after the mechanic I have been going to for 30 years could not correct a TPMS problem. I received a call from Ian several hours later telling me all 4 tire sensors were b have been going to for 30 years could not correct a TPMS problem. I received a call from Ian several hours later telling me all 4 tire sensors were bad and needed replacing. I called my mechanic and was informed 2 of the sensors were replaced in October 2012 when the problem started. He further stated the sensors were purchased from Sloane and had a one year gaurantee. I called Ian back telling him I would pay for the installation of all 4 sensors but would only pay for 2 sensors since 2 were still under warranty. Ian said he would "have to look into it" and call me back. 2 hours later Ian called back telling me miraculously now only one sensor needed replacing. Naturally it was not one of the sensors installed in October.The one sensor and programing cost over $200. If I hadn't questioned the original call I guess I would have been ripped off to the tune of almost $700. A few days later I received a survey. I included the above information. About 2 weeks ago I received an email from Mr. Viggiano reminding me of additional service I needed. I did not include the details from my visit but replied I would never set foot in his dealership again. I never got a response from either email so I guess they don't care. Insult has been added to injury. On Sunday June 23 the TPMS light went on and off a couple of times. It went back on again on June 25th and is still on. I have ZERO confidence in Sloane and deciding what my next move will be. More
This is our 4th car we've bought via Sloane Honda. Last year our sales guy, Michael Geller helped us and we leased our new 2012 Honda Pilot. He was very nice, friendly and helpful during our purchase, so we knew where to purchase our second car. This February we've visited Sloane Honda and we got our 2010 Honda Accord. Michael was honest, very professional, patient and would work hard to get us to car that we wanted. Michael and his co workers really helped get us a great deal, they still got us a loan and the good interest rate . They also worked with us since we had a trade in . This was a all around great experience, we never felt pressured or bombarded and am extremely happy with our purchase. We would recommend this place and Michael to everyone. THANK YOU SLOANE HONDA! Good experience with Alex. Had the car I was looking for, took my trade in, and put a deal together I was comfortable with. They were ready to honor internet pricing. 2 words:Wrong interiors. They gave me a car with the wrong colored interiors. 3 more words: Poor customer service. Even after the error was reported (literally within 5 minutes after driving away at 9: wrong colored interiors. 3 more words: Poor customer service. Even after the error was reported (literally within 5 minutes after driving away at 9:10 pm),the dealership did nothing to remedy the situation except ask me to spend more $$ to correct THEIR mistake. Moreover, they kept telling me that it does not come with black interiors. I went ahead and pointed to their OWN SALES BOOK which showed that it does come with (surprise surprise) BLACK INTERIORS . Highly inept and poor customer service. Save yourself the hassle and go to ANY dealership besides this one. More
Went to buy Honda crv ,first gave a Internet price ,when we got there the sales man Tim says a different story so we left then Internet sales person Al calls and says the price quoted was right so we went we got there the sales man Tim says a different story so we left then Internet sales person Al calls and says the price quoted was right so we went back the salesperson Tim comes and argues and behaves in a discriminative manner and asked to wait .Since waited for a long while asked another person to see the manager.Then the manager rob shows and says he is busy cannot talk now needs to wait for him.So waited again for along while and then left.i recommend no body to go there again it's a plan to bring customers with wrong pricing and then create a situation to buy at a higher price.its a trap don't fall in it.I would never rrcend my friends or my family to this store again More

Horrendous, wouldn't buy another car from this deal if someone else paid for it. This dealership gives car dealers their horrible reputations.
