Went in to purchase CRV, previously contacted dealer via internet. Arrived and was greeted immediately by Mark and we discussed the price he provided and then my trade-in. I've got to admit I somehow hate car shopping. I think is a long, tedious process and I never end up completely satisfied with the purchase. He suggested realistic options for me and was very thorough about the car and the financing details.
