I brought my car into the service dept after having to jump start it and heard grinding brake noises along way. Service dept was accommodating with appt times and after getting a new battery and brakes I jump start it and heard grinding brake noises along way. Jamie answered all my questions and kept me informed during the whole process. It was very convenient to text with Jamie regarding the needed services after I missed calls.
