Will Burnett is the man to see for a Pre-Owned Honda! Right before Christmas, I was in an accident in my 2006 Honda Accord. My car was totaled. I need to get a similar vehicle that fit within my budget. Thankfully I found Will Burnett at Sloane Honda! He made the process easy and I was in a very similar (but really sporty!) 2006 Honda Accord in 3 days. I originally found the car that I wanted online. I sent an email on Saturday morning about the car. Will called me back within a hour. We discussed what I was looking for and by 1:30 we had a deal in place. He was honest with me and willing to be flexible with me since I was about an hour from the dealership. Going online is a great way to find inventory and Will can help make that process even easier. I picked up the car on Monday and I was all set. The car looked great and drives fantastic. I got a great car for a great price and I have Will Burnett to thank for it. If you a looking for a car, call Will first to see what he has and if he can help you. I live in Broomall and there are at least 5 Honda Dealerships closer to my house. When we walked in we were warmly greeted by Will and he quickly brought the vehicle to us so that we could test drive it. After we inspected the vehicle we went over what we could afford and what we needed from the purchase. Will was an amazing salesman and he not only showed care and compassion for his customers, he did everything he could to make sure he and Sloane Honda met all of our needs and completely met all of our high expectations we set for him. We left that day with our new vehicle, a full tank of gas and a new trusted dealership that we will continue to purchase all of our vehicles from in the future! Getting my first car was such a smooth experience. Last Monday I went to pick up my first car. Officially. I was working with Jamie Findley over the phone for about two weeks trying to find the car tha Last Monday I went to pick up my first car. Officially. I was working with Jamie Findley over the phone for about two weeks trying to find the car that was right for me. A car that fit all of my personal, quirky preferences, but yet was affordable. My main preferences were to have a car that had a screen on the inside, have leather seats and was good on mileage. Everything else didn't really matter and I was flexible on. Jamie talked me out of getting leather seats by giving his professional opinion, considering my financial budget, and I am glad that I folded and chose to be more flexible on those. Leather seats were more expensive, unnecessarily. We found interior material that was just as luxurious, but not cheap looking like cloth was. I was very satisfied, especially because the price dropped a great deal by opting out of leather seats. I got not only 1, but 2 screens on the inside of my car! I didn't even know this was an option for me. The features within the screen of the car were so cool. Jamie worked very patiently with my unnecessary requests but also kept in mind my budget and I appreciated his thoughtfulness in everything I chose. I chose to defer from my personal biases, and listen to his professional opinion. In the end, I am more than satisfied with the car I chose. Jamie was very forthcoming when it came to the details about financing a vehicle versus leasing. He also taught me a little bit about saving money by listing all of my financial obligations (credit cards, mortgages, tuition, etc.) and listing them in order from the highest interest rate to the lowest. He told me it would be beneficial to focus on paying off things with the highest interest rate first. Nobody has ever broken down this concept to me. I thought that in perspective, paying off something was progress. But in the bigger picture, it is not. In the bigger picture you are saving by paying off something with the HIGHER INTEREST RATE first...then working your way down your list. I appreciated Jamie's candor by explaining this and advising me to pay off my student loans before I focus trying to pay this car off faster. I purchased the 2015 Honda Civic Ex. It's weird, I came in the dealership two weeks prior with one thing in mind, but I walked out with something a little bit different, but still to my liking. And what's more, my monthly price wasn't as expensive as I anticipated. It was manageable, even if I do lose my job or have a financial hurdle along my way. Tim Graham I met at the dealership as well. He was very attentive and helped me learn the in's and out's of my new automobile tech screen(s). He also took the time out to explain to me all of the features with the push to start, automatic non-lock feature with the keys, the Econ button, how to hook up the Bluetooth, how to operate the HondaLink App, how to check my MPG used on a particular trip and so forth. At first brush, it was very confusing to digest all of this tech information. But Tim Graham was very patient with me and took his time to explain to me the in's and out's of my new car! I was so excited. Tim was very kind and I recommend anyone looking to purchase to go to him. He is very personable and made my experience with Honda one I won't forget. . I come from a family who is partial to Honda's. So when they are looking for their next vehicle I will be sending them to Sloane Honda to speak with Tim Graham and/or Jamie Findley. More
