I purchased a new CRV over 6 months ago. I scheduled an oil change and went to my appointment. The service mechanic said I don’t need a change yet and contact my advisor. I thought Honda gives you 2 years of free maintenance similar to Toyota. My mistake. More
I come there because of Mike DeNoble and Larry Walsh they are the best at what they do. I guy in the finance dept could have done better no one was in there and he was on his phone. My wife and I are Sussman Honda refugees and had a bad experience with both Service Departments that subsequently bought Sussman (Honda of Abington, then Fred Beans). Though it's much further away, thank God for SLOANE Honda! ... Especially it's Service Department which have done two repairs we are pleased with, and in particular my new Service Rep Dan Mccarthy who is a personable, professional, and in my estimation honourable man who does not attempt to gouge a customer past more than needs to be fixed ... Being retired and on a fixed income, this type of trust means a lot! I think we've found our new Service home! Ray & Gean More
