My Visit at the Honda Dealership in Bartlesville, OK.. I had a very good experience at the Honda Dealership when I took my husband's Odyssey in the be serviced and a sliding back door repaired. There were plenty of magazines lying around to read and they were current. The people were so kind and nice. There was a bathroom (very clean) nearby and water to drink. Matt and other staff at Honda of Bartlesville staff had never seen this type of problem when My vehicle's instrument panel was only partially working. Matt and other staff at Honda of Bartlesville staff had never seen this type of problem when I arrived. A diagnostic test was performed. Fortunately the panel was once again working after the test. Matt always gives updates and advises if other items on my vehicle need to be checked out to keep everything in good working order.
