I drove from out of state to purchase a new Ridgeline, and the paperwork they sent was an incredibly frustrating comedy of errors. 1) The certified letter was mailed without the street name, so I spent a and the paperwork they sent was an incredibly frustrating comedy of errors. 1) The certified letter was mailed without the street name, so I spent a week and at least 10 hours back and forth between post offices trying to locate it (the USPS was little help). 2) The title showed a lien when I paid in full by cashier's check, so I had to have the dealer put together an affidavit stating that was incorrect and wait for that. 3) After going BACK to the DMV they noticed the dealer didn't write the mileage on the title, and because it was the end of the day I didn't have time to get the info and correct it. So....probably 15 completely wasted hours and 100 miles of unnecessary driving has obviously left a bad taste in my mouth. While the salesman (Jason) was pleasant and helpful, everything else was dreadful. (Also...the truck was delivered with a scraped/damaged piece of window trim). More

When I called the Skyway dealership, I was directed to Jonathan Kowalczyk. In less than 5 minutes, he provided me a pricing that was more than acceptable! I set a day and proceeded to finalize the paperwork and pay the bill. The most straightforward automobile purchase ever! The entire process took less than an hour and a half, including the test drive. More
